How we handle the information you give us, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
Who we are
JenCo, referred to as we or us, provides corporate gifting and dealership activation services in South Africa. For any question about this notice, contact jenna@jenine.co.za.
What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, the dealership or company you represent, your role, your email address, an optional phone number, an indication of volume, and the message you write. If you arrived from a catalogue item, we also record which item that was, so we know what you are asking about.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to prepare a concept and quotation for you. That is the only purpose. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Consent
The enquiry form asks you to confirm that you are happy for us to contact you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop processing your information and delete it unless we are required to keep it.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the email provider that carries the message to us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Where a supplier needs delivery details to fulfil an order you have placed, we share only what that delivery requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the working relationship is live, and for up to three years afterwards so that we can pick up a previous conversation. After that they are deleted. Records we are legally required to retain, such as tax records, are kept for the period the law requires.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are delivered to a password protected mailbox. No payment details are ever collected through this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only to carry your form entries back to you if something needs correcting. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain, so no third party sees your visit.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jenna@jenine.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

If this notice changes, the revised version will appear on this page. Last updated November 2026.
